The FSHS Steel Drum Band performed in the 2010 Philadelphia Independence Day Parade on July 4. To see video of the performance, Click Here.

The Polar Bear Band recently traveled to Florida for their bi-annual Spring Trip. The band was in Orlando from March 17-20, during which time they performed in a parade at Universal Studios. Other activities included Disney's Magic Kingdom, Epcot Center and Hollywood Studios, as well as Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. The band also attended the Sleuth Mystery Dinner Theater, as well as a concert by the Blue Man Group.

The 2nd Annual Steelband Luau was held on May 22nd, and was a great success! Lots of people came out and enjoyed some great music, food and fun. Thanks to everyone who was a part of this event. To see a recent performance of the steel band CLICK HERE

The FSHS Steel Band performing at the Three Rivers Festival - 5/23/09

The Polar Bear Marching Band is getting ready to begin summer rehearsals for the 2010 field show: The Beatles!

The band will be traveling to Cedar Lakes for band camp the first week of August. Check back later for more news...
